Meet Our Team

Sarah Morrison
Property Manager & Realtor/Broker

Sarah Morrison is a Realtor/Broker with Re/Max Leading Edge and a property manager with MB Property Management. She is a Durham, NC native and  previously lived in Charlotte, working at WSOC-TV and Novartis Pharmaceuticals before joining the team at Cottingham Chalk Hayes Realtors. In 2010 her family decided on a move to Concord. In 2012 , Sarah and Lori formed the Love/Morrison Team with RE/Max Leading Edge, after opening MB Property Management in 2011. Sarah has been recognized by Re/Max with the Executive Club Award. Sarah is an active board member of the Northeast Foundation as well as a board  member of the Historic Concord Preservation Trust. She is also involved with Art on Tap, supporting the local arts council. Sarah is a member of First  Presbyterian Church in Concord.

Lori Love
Property Manager & Realtor/Broker

Lori Love is a Realtor/Broker with Re/Max Leading Edge and a property manager with MB Property Management. Lori is a native of Mt. Pleasant. She enjoyed a career change to the real estate industry after many years in the local medical community. Lori serves on the board of Central Carolina       Association of Realtors where she also serves on several committees. Lori is an active member of the Cabarrus Rotary as well as Concord First Assembly. Lori received the 2013 Realtor of the Year award and is excited about continuing to provide the best service to her clients. Lori has been                recognized by Re/Max Leading Edge with the Firm Spirit award and Executive Club award.

Jan Wilhelm
Operations Assistant

Jan is a native of Concord, NC, and was in the banking industry for 25 years before joining our team.

Jan has three grown children and five grandchildren. She was an active member of Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church in Ocean Drive, SC, before moving back to Concord in 2012.

Mitzi
Property Management / Business Support

Mitzi Sheeks works with MB Property management and The Love/Morrison team part-time. She specializes in our property management and business support. Mitzi is a native of Concord, NC, and was in the banking industry for 27 years before joining our team. She graduated from Rowan Cabarrus Community College Concord with a degree in Business Administration.

Mitzi is an active member of Elevation Church in Concord. Mitzi has three daughters and two grandchildren and she resides in Concord.
